We ship within the continental US ONLY. Most orders ship within 3-5 business days. Custom cut and personalized orders may take longer; it is possible to have the order shipped the same day it is placed (some exceptions may apply). Rush fees or quicker shipping are also available for orders that need to be processed quicker. If it is a rush, let us know when you need your order and we will let you know if we can get it to you in time. We make every effort to ensure that your order properly packaged, and well protected in transit. Despite our best efforts, damage can sometimes occur during shipping. Unfortunately we do not accept responsibility for products damaged in transit. We strongly recommend that you always inspect your packages before accepting them when delivered.To Cancel an order:
If you decide for some reason that you want to cancel an order you just placed, Please email or call within 24 hours of placing your order. Please note that we process most orders immediately upon receipt.Returns:
If you should be unhappy with your purchase, you can return the products to us for a full refund, with the exception of personalized products, perishable merchandise, special order items, samples and per order cut ribbon and beads. Your ordered items must be unused and in its original packaging to qualify for a refund. You must notify My Gift Box Company within 7 days of receipt of your order to receive a confirmation and RA (Return Authorization) number for your return. No returns will be accepted without one. Your favor order is custom made especially for you and is not returnable. We do not charge a restocking fee, however, refused undeliverable and unclaimed shipments will be charged inbound and outbound freight charges as well as the order charge. Shipping costs to return the items are the responsibility of the customer. Please allow up to 12 business days after receipt of your returned product for your refund to be processed.
